Tron es, para muchos, una de las mejores películas jamás realizadas, y no en vano, pues aporta ideas muy pero que muy interesantes –recomendación obligatoria–. Para los más fans de la película, hoy os traemos algo realmente increíble, la moto de Tron hecha realidad.
El encargado de hacer tal proeza ha sido Daniel Simon, cuyo trabajo es bien conocido por Tron o Capitán América. La moto equilibra perfectamente las formas de Lotus y un acabado moderno.
Aunque en un principio las ideas de Daniel Simon eran un poco descabelladas y de fantasía, los chicos de Lotus le han dado la oportunidad de hacer realidad esas ideas. El nuevo cacharro de Lotus se llama C-01 y la compañía tiene pensado fabricar 100 modelos con el fabricante alemán Kodewa –anteriormente también han trabajado juntos–.
El proceso de diseño del C- 01 fue una labor de amor, hemos trabajado duro para crear una moto con características muy distintivas, como un cuerpo limpio principal, un perfil lateral extremadamente bajo, una postura audaz, un ingesta única de aire, y soluciones gráficas lógicas y limpias.
A continuación podéis ver una galería con las imágenes que se han tomado de los prototipos. La verdad es que pintan realmente bien, aún sin saber sus características técnicas –que dejaremos a nuestros compañeros de Frenomotor que se encarguen de analizarlas–:

El vehículo estará disponible en tres colores –o gama de colores en este caso– distintos, incluyendo entre ellas los verdes clásicos de la marca británica Lotus. No hay precios confirmados todavía, pero seguramente costaran un ojo de la cara y posiblemente los dos riñones también.
